Community to consult with Council on Wollongong’s proposed CBD Wi-Fi

 

Wollongong Lord Mayor Gordon Bradbery has launched community consultation on the proposed Wi-Fi network in the City Centre.

 

Council will speak with businesses, community members and students over the next month to ensure the service has the capabilities for all users.

 

The network would see wireless Internet provided from Gladstone Avenue to Corrimal Street, in what council believes is an essential service.

 

Locals can get information on the project from the iHub on Crown Street.
